Refund policy & privacy notice.

• Price: £25 one-time charge. Non-recurring. No card-on-file, no auto-renewal.
• Cooling-off waiver: By purchasing, you expressly waive your 14-day right of cancellation under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, in order to access the Telegram channel immediately upon payment. You acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once access is granted.
• No refund for change of mind or dissatisfaction with picks. This is a paid information service — not a guaranteed-profit product. Picks are quantitative model outputs, not financial advice, and no specific outcome is promised.
• Refunds are offered ONLY in two cases:
  • Technical failure to grant Telegram channel access within 24 hours of payment.
  • Proven duplicate charge for the same purchaser.
• How to request a refund: Email advanceddata7@gmail.com with your Stripe receipt ID within 7 days of the qualifying event. Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
• Statutory rights: Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

What data we collect

• Email address (required for receipt and Telegram invite delivery).
• Name, if voluntarily provided at checkout.
• Stripe transaction ID and payment metadata (amount, currency, timestamp). We do not store or have access to your full card number — Stripe processes that directly.

Why we collect it (lawful basis)

• Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) UK GDPR): granting paid Telegram channel access and issuing receipts.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): retaining transaction records for HMRC.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): occasional service-related updates (e.g. channel migration, end-of-tournament notice). No marketing without explicit opt-in.

Retention

Transaction records (including the associated email and Stripe ID) are retained for 6 years from the end of the relevant tax year, as required by HMRC for VAT and corporation tax purposes. Telegram channel membership data is deleted within 30 days of the channel closing.

Third parties (data processors)

• Stripe — processes your payment. Stripe is its own data controller for payment data. See stripe.com/privacy.
• Telegram — hosts the paid channel. Telegram has its own privacy policy: telegram.org/privacy. We share your Telegram username with Telegram (obviously) but no other purchase data.
• No other third-party processors. No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies on this site.

Your rights under UK GDPR

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request deletion, subject to the HMRC 6-year retention obligation above.
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.
• Restriction / objection — restrict or object to processing in certain circumstances.
• Complaint — lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk (or call 0303 123 1113).
