What the 1 to 20 ratings mean. Each rating is where a player ranks against everyone in his position, in his own division, last season (2025/26). Only players with 900+ league minutes count. 20 is the top 5% of his division on that measure, 16 to 20 the top quarter, 1 to 5 the bottom quarter.
4,000 outfield players across 14 divisions. Each rating ranks a player against everyone in his position and division who played 900+ league minutes in 2025/26.
- Hover or tap a rating for the real number behind it.
- Hover or tap the name for his league stats so far this season.
- Greyed ratings barely carry over from one season to the next. We tested every rating on about 7,000 cases of the same player in two seasons running.
- Warning signs show players listed as injured, doubtful or suspended for their club's next game, or who missed the last one, with the date and his next league game.
- A 15 is a rank, not a level. A 15 in the Scottish Premiership and a 15 in the Premier League mean the same place in different leagues, not the same standard of player.

What the cards can't tell you
- Defending is counted, not judged. Tackles, interceptions and blocks are counts, so a defender in a team that keeps the ball makes fewer of them. We tested adjusting for possession and it made the ratings less stable, so the cards show the plain counts.
- Assists are mostly this season. "Final ball" barely carries over, so read it as what happened, not a skill.
- League games only. No cups, European or international games.
- Injury risk covers 7 leagues: Premier League, Championship, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1 and Eredivisie. It is the chance of missing 5+ league games injured in 2026/27, from age, minutes, position and injury history, tested on a season the model hadn't seen. The model is modest: about 6% better than using each league's average rate, and it underrates the most injury-prone players. How we tested it.
- No warning never means fit. Our feed has no injury news for 7 of the 14 leagues, and where it has news, a club's list for the next game may not be out yet. "Missed the last game" can be out of date if he has recovered since. Status from 28 October 2026.
- No goalkeepers yet. Our data has no saves or clean sheets.
Data sources
- Player photos and club badges belong to their owners and are shown to identify them.
- API-Football: league season statistics, line-ups, injuries. This season's stats from our pull on 27 October 2026, refreshed every two days; the feed can run a game behind.
- Ratings, carry-over tests and injury risk: our own, from that data.
